Please read the following policy carefully before booking your appointment:

Please do NOT book an appointment if any of the following applies to you as you may not be a suitable candidate for this treatment:

• **Previous Work**: This service is exclusively for clients with virgin brows. If you have had any previous brow work done elsewhere, we regret that we cannot accommodate you at this time.

• **Medical Conditions and Restrictions**: For your safety and optimal results, please do not book an appointment if any of the following apply:

- Under 18 years old

- Pregnant or nursing

- Allergic to topical anesthetics

- Keratosis, facial psoriasis, or eczema near the treatment area (including rashes, acne, sunburn, etc.)

- Transmittable blood diseases such as HIV or hepatitis

- Use of Acutane in the past year

- Tendency to form keloid scars

- Viral infections and/or diseases

- Recent chemical peel within the last few weeks

- Medications, treatments, or illnesses that compromise the immune system

- Diabetes, undergoing chemotherapy, or other medical conditions (must provide a doctor's note)

• Healed results will vary among clients due to differences in skin type and condition, bone structure, health, immune system, metabolism, lifestyle, and existing hair.
• This treatment is “low” maintenance, not “no” maintenance. Using a pencil or powder may still be necessary. Fading, blurring, or poor retention can still occur.
• Touch-ups are recommended for optimal results.
• A $100 deposit is required to book and confirm a new appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session.
• All appointments and booking fee deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• We require 48 hours notice for rescheduling an appointment. Only one rescheduling is allowed.
• No-shows without notice will be charged 100% of the appointment value.
• There is a 15-minute grace period for appointments. Arriving beyond this period may result in rescheduling and forfeiting your deposit. Please account for potential traffic delays.
• If you have a serious medical condition, you must provide a doctor's note stating the condition and clearance to proceed with cosmetic tattooing. Bare Beauty Energy will not be held accountable for any unforeseen issues during your session.
• If you arrive with any contraindications or problematic skin around the procedure area (such as pimples, blemishes, irritated skin, or sunburn), you will need to reschedule & we cannot proceed with the treatment that same day.
• Absolutely no children or pets are allowed.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue services to any client at any time.
